At Steps to
Success, LLC we believe that all children have potential. Some children have
trouble finding the right steps to reach their potential. As a behavioral
consultation company, we believe that it is our job to help these children find
their steps to success. Through Applied Behavior Analysis, we work to help
children overcome the obstacles in their path. This is achieved by guiding
children and families to reducing inappropriate behaviors and increasing
appropriate behaviors. We work closely with families and school systems to find
the best, most successful methods to change children’s lives in socially
significant ways. It is the small steps that a child takes that gets them
closer to their goals, that motivates us in our work. It is these steps to
success that make our jobs rewarding and motivating.
