We take great pride in our small, well trained, dedicated group of professionals. All cases are supervised by a BCBA and our case load is growing, so we need another BCBA Consultant to supervise these new cases.
The company is seeking BCBA level candidates with extensive experience with children with special needs and experience with ABA. The candidate should be self-motivated and enjoy spending time with children and their families. We’re looking for a team player, who has an enthusiasm for working with children with special needs, can develop behavior plans, provide consultation to parents and school systems, supervise staff, and thinks outside of the box.
The job involves seeing clients weekly, working directly with the children, supervising and training associates, consulting for and making recommendations to families and teachers, creating goals, developing behavior intervention plans and programming, conducting assessments, running social skills groups and play groups, preparing materials, collecting and analyzing data, attending meetings, and traveling from case to case.
