All of our consultants are Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA). Each BCBA at Steps to Success Consultants, LLC holds a master's degree in behavior analysis or a related field behavior analytic coursework, has completed supervised experience hours with a supervising BCBA, and has passed the Behavior Analytic Certification Board BCBA exam. Maintenance of BCBA certification requires ongoing continuing education to ensure clinicians are competent in the field.
In addition, each associate provider is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Each RBT at Steps to Success Consultants, LLC has undergone 40 hours of training, completed a background check, and has passed the Behavior Analytic Certification Board RBT exam. RBT certification is renewed yearly and requires ongoing supervision by a BCBA. These individuals are responsible for direct implementation of behavior analytic services under the supervision of the aforementioned BCBA consultant. Consultants attend services with associate providers weekly to ensure procedural integrity is maintained, thus maintaining treatment effects.
